Happy Thanksgiving!!

I hope that all of you had a great Thanksgiving! We enjoyed great food, great family, & great fun! This month we have been writing down things that we are thankful for and putting them in a glass jar and we opened them and read them to each other tonight!! It was so much fun to hear the things that we are thankful for and a good reminder of how great our lives are! Here are just a few...

Scott:

• a job (especially in these economic times)
  
• good friends that we have good times with
• the abundant spirit you feel when you are being righteous
• this country
• the house that we live in
• mal's crafting talent and ideas like this one
• talents and hope to develop more of mine
• Siena's giggle and tongue

Mal:

• telephones so I can keep in contact with my family
• being able to stay home with my family
• scott and everything he does to support me
• friends (the ones close by and far away) to help me through hard times and enjoy good times
• family coming to visit
• a very happy marriage (especially after all of our hard times)

Dorothy was here with us too, and she added a couple:

• families are forever
• for a great husband who was faithful and true through their entire marriage

I hope everyone had as great of a Thanksgiving as we did!!!

Happy Halloween

Trunk-or-treat

We went to a trunk-or-treat! It was so fun! We went for the barnyard theme! Siena was a farmer, Scott her cow, and Me her pig!! It was awesome and she was so cute!!

Ceri created her own costume!! It was awesome!

These two are just the cutest couple and family ever!! We have loved getting to know them and they have been so kind to us!! There costumes were perfect!!

Pumpkin Carving

We carved pumpkins for the first time since we were married this year and it was so much fun!! Siena slept through most of the action, but Scott and I sure had fun!! Here he is focusing on his pumpkin!

And, Scott carved the new business logo into his pumpkin!! It looked so good! We had a blast and can't wait until Siena can do it with us!

Just some Random

I love when it gets cold enough to dress in winter clothes!! So, I was even more excited to dress Siena up in her winter clothes! This is a newborn beanie so it's pretty small (I'm getting a new one)!! But, she looked to cute to not take a picture!

I made this diaper cake for a friend's baby shower, and I was so happy with how it turned out!!! I can't wait to meet this little guy!!!

And, Siena and her dad are best friends!!! I love watching them together!!

Witches Night Out

Gardner's Village holds a Witches Night Out every year, and I was so excited to get in the action!!!

Lindi all dressed up as a witch!!! I lover her tights!

Mia was so much fun to have up there! She was watching everyone and so amazed! When we were at dinner Galinda, the good witch from Wicked and Wizard of Oz, came in the room and Mia was so excited!!! She couldn't take her eyes off of her! It was so cute!!!

My mom and Mia! She had a small break down in the middle and her and my mom had to sit for a few minutes!!! Lindi and I were laughing at her and she was so mad at us!!!

Utah

I went to Utah for a week in October to spend time with my sister, Lindi, before she went back to work. We had so much fun! We spent a ton of time making hair bows, sewing, and shopping!!! It was great! We spent some time on the swings outside (since Maclee loves being outside)! Above is Maddox swinging!

And, Siena had to get in on the action! She loved swinging!

And, Siena and Maclee! They are 3 months apart and I can't wait for them to grow up and become good friends! I had so much fun in Utah and I can't wait to go back! I asked Lindi if she could take a week of work every time I come to Utah... It was great!!! I can't wait to go back!
